Approach

Kressin has been established in 2014 as independent niche law office in Arnhem. Aside from my expertise, I also have a carefully build, proven network to support you.

I advise – together with my Colleague R. Leuyerink – in all work related area’s that businessmen, entrepreneurs and professionals are facing with respect to all their activities. My expertise has build up in more than 25 years, a.o. with ING Bank, at ‘the Zuidas’ with de Brauw Blackstone Westbroek Advocaten in Amsterdam, and for a long time as a partner business law with Dirkzwager in Arnhem.

We work with large and small companies, institutions and (entrepreneurial) private persons. The main focus is advising and conducting litigation with respect to contracts and with respect to all relevant legal structures our clients are using for their activities, and whether it regards antitrust law, air transportation law, health law, trade- or shareholder disputes, distribution agreements, agencies, acquisitions or development of businesses or property, and all matters that are coming with them, such as labor law and lease law. We are a member of Nederlandse Orde van Advocaten (NovA), Deutsche Anwaltverein (DAV), Rechtsanwaltskammer Frankfurt/Main and Duits Nederlandse Rechtsantwaltvereniging (DNRV). We also give seminars and courses for the largest education board for the accountancy in the Netherlands, the SRA.

How does it work? Just call us, free of charge. We can than discuss your matter. And see, whether, and if so, in what way we can support you. It may be practical if you provide us with the relevant material and documents in advance. If you consider it useful we can also provide a short first assessment of the matter at hand in writing, to be used as a base for your decision. If you want to proceed with us, we agree on the appropriate (financial) conditions for the assignment. Transparency is key to us.

I advise – together with my Colleague R. Leuyerink – in all work related areas that businessmen, entrepreneurs and professionals are facing with respect to all their activities. Till Kressin
